After more than twenty-five years in complex,
multidisciplinary and international organizations, I continue
to see the same pattern: direction, choices and execution
are not aligned due to diffuse ownership and fragmented
decision-making.
As a result, progress stalls and value is lost.
That is why I founded Surfaced: to create coherence
and enable movement, together with the people who
have to make it happen, so that direction becomes
visible in daily actions, decision-making and results.
